Taralli, Friselline and Stuzzichini are a made in Italy product by Mr. Egizio Domenico’s Biscottificio Panificio Farinella. They all have a conformity certificate according to the Italian Law no.580 of 4/7/1967 updated of recent to conform with the Italian and European Community norms on health and are regularly controlled by the Italian and European Community health authorities. His Biscottificio has HACCP Certification, guaranteeing good hygiene and safe packaging of shipped food.

The dough used to make taralli, friselle and appetizers is made up of: soft wheat, bran mixed up with olive oil and white wine to obtain the tarallini, leaven and cereal flour to obtain the friselline and snacks or the stuzzichini.

We are able to personalize the tastes of our products to meet the needs of our clients assuring also that these products can be examined and tasted before purchase.

 

Stuzzichini are available in the following flavours:

  • With peeled tomatoes, garlic and marjoram
