Mr. Domenico Egizio is the representative of the third generation of bread-bakers in his family line. In 1983, he established a handicraft laboratory with stove-wood to fuel its oven in the production of sweet and salty confectioneries. With time, he discerned the importance of distinguishing his products with a personal trademark, and this led to his creating the now existing company “ BISCOTTIFICIO PANIFICIO FARINELLA” and adopting the carnival mask of Putignano “FARINELLA” as his symbol.
During these years of activity, the company has specialized in the production of: taralli (ring-shaped biscuits); friselle e snacks, supplying also to third-party buyers.
It is well affirmed the following areas: in Italy the products are distributed in Apulia, Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Triveneto, Veneto, Lombardy, Campania and Latium.
Products of Biscottificio Panificio Farinella can be found in these countries: Romania, Germany, Switzerland, England, France, Spain, Belgium and Sweden.
